This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbain Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man sitting next to the company's logo and flying electrons. This item has the printed signatures of the company's president and treasurer and is over 22 years old. The company was involved with the manufacturer of pollution control, waste recycling and energy production systems.
