Beautifully engraved certificate from the Connecticut Fire Insurance Company issued in 1877. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle on a shield. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 125 years old. There are some small holes on the left side of the certificate where it was stapled to a ledger, but otherwise in VF condition.
