Beautifully engraved uncancelled certificate from the Continental Roll & Steel Foundry Company issued in 1941. This historic document was printed by the Western Bank Note & Engraving Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man studying material while holding a ruler. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 63 years old. The certificate was issued to Dorothy H. Congdon.
