Beautiful certificate from the Copper Glance Mining Company issued in 1902. This historic document was printed by Goes and has an ornate border around it with a vignettes of miners at work underground and a miner holding out a lump of ore. This item is hand signed by the Company's President, S. W. Clawson and Secretary and is over 103 years old. The company's main office was in Bisbee, Arizona.
Certificate Vignette The Copper Glance Mining Company owned 24 patented claims, 480 acres in the Warren district about 7 miles southeast of Bisbee. There were four shafts, the deepest at 560'. Idle since circa 1904. (Copper Handbook, 1906, p.407)
