Beautifully engraved Bond for the Cunard Building issued in 1927. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the coat of arms for Pennsylvania. This item is hand signed by the John Dolan and officers of the Philadelphia Company and is over 74 years old. The bond indicates the Cunard Building was on the Northwest Corner of Sixteenth and St. James Streets in Philadelphia.
