Beautifully engraved certificate from the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad Company issued in 1932 - 1959. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a train, men working in a mine and a farm. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 43 years old.
