Beautiful certificate from the Excelsior Cotton and Hay Press Company issued in 1865. This historic document was printed by Slater & Riley Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a allegorical man holding a flag with Excelsior on it. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, H. H. Brown and Secretary, H. B. Bugelow and is over 143 years old.
