Beautifully engraved Certificate from the Fisk Rubber Company issued no later than 1925. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women flanking a man working on a rubber tree. This item is hand signed signed by the company's officers and is over 96 years old.
Certificate Vignette The Fisk Rubber Corporation owned tire factories in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts and a canvas factory in New Bedford. They had tire warehouses in 31 towns in the USA. Its products were car and bicycle tires and other rubber products. They had a production plant in Sweden in 1939. The Fisk Rubber Corp. was taken over in 1939 by the US Rubber Company. The US Rubber Company name was changed to Uniroyal in 1967.
