Beautifully engraved certificate from the Hagerstown Bank Check issued in 1871-1882. This historic document was has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman, blowing a horn on a globe and another vignette of the bank. These is a revenue stamp affixed to the check. This item is over 120 years old.
