The Copper handbook, Volume 2 - 1902 Organized under Delaware laws in 1901, with 1,500,000 shares, par 10 cents, non-assessable. C. H. Dunbar, president; Delos S. Dunbar, secretary and treasurer. Principal office, Watertown, N. Y.; mine post office, Battle, Wyo. Mining lands, 220 acres, are located in Battle Lake district of Carbon county, Wyoming. Mine is working 6 men, and has one shaft 90 feet deep, and a tunnel 300 feet long. Ore is a sulphide. No production in 1901 and the company's estimated output of 10,000,000 pounds output in 1902 is 10 to 50 times too great, basing estimate of possible output on present development, as company has no concentrator, no smelter and only an exploring plant of hoisting machinery. Company is out of debt and its officers stand well.
