Beautifully engraved certificate from the I/O Devices issued in 1973-1975. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle perched upon a rock with its wings spread out. This item has the printed signatures of the company's president and treasurer and is over 25 years old.
