Beautiful certificate from the Improved Scale & Foundry Company issued in 1907. This historic document was printed by the Goes Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, J. W. Colburn, Jr., and Secretary, F. H. Howard, and is over 105 years old.
