Beautifully engraved signed and unissued certificate from the Lackawanna Securities Company. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of of an allegorical woman holding wreaths above the heads of two allegorical men. The certifcate has been signed by the company's officers.
