Beautifully engraved certificate from the Mexico-American Mining Corporation issued in 1933. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Mexican Eagle with a snake in its mouth and an american eagle. There is also a nice backprint of a man panning gold in a creek. This item is hand signed by the company's vice-president and secretary and is over 67 years old.
