Beautifully engraved certificate from the National Metropolitan Bank issued in 1877. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignettes of the capitol, Lady Liberty and a dog guarding a safe. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (William Thompson) and Cashier (George White) and is over 124 years old.
