Beautifully engraved certificate from the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company issued in 1963. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of six shields, showing various pictures of frontier and naval life. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 40 years old.
