This historic document has 39 pages of information including the company's Directors, Officers, Management Comments regarding Operations, Accounting Policies, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Detailed Operating Expenses, Freight and Passenger Traffic Statistics, Car Mileage Statements, Mileage Operated and much much more. This is a great piece of railroad history that is over 69 years old and came directly from the Penn Central archives. We are also including a stock certificate from the Pennsylvania Railroad Company issued in the 1950's - 1960's with the famous horseshoe curve vignette as shown below:
