Beautifully engraved $100 Gold Debenture certificate from the North American Mining & Smelting Corporation issued in 1928. This historic document was printed by the Jeffries Lithograph Company and has an ornate border around it. This item is hand signed by the company's president and treasurer and is over 89 years old. There are also 4 unused interest coupons and one stock warrant for 30 shares attached to the debenture that are not shown in the scan.
