Beautiful SCARCE certificate from the Pacific Land Company issued in 1863. This historic document was printed by the B. F. Butler Lithograph Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of arched title over side wheel steamboat with allegorical woman on left. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, J. Rowell, and Secretary, E. White, H. White and is over 161 years old. Issued to Mary Woodruff Parker. Printed by B.F.
