Beautifully engraved certificate from the Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company issued in 1977. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a Roman goddess and Apollo holding the medicinal staff sitting on either side of a framed picture of Old Dial Telephone telephone. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President, Treasurer and an authorized officer; and is over 35 years old.
