Beautifully engraved certificate from the Pacific Wrecking and Salvage Company issued in 1899. This historic document was printed by Lohmand and Hanford Litho Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an old steamer salvage ship. This item is hand signed by the company's president, R. Winsor and is over 103 years old. This is the first time we have seen this certificate.
