This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors ( Edward G. Green ) and its Secretary and is over 32 years old.
Certificate Vignette Pandick Press was at one time the largest financial printer in the country. The company was a New York-based printer of financial documents which specialized in documents required for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
