This historic document has 25 pages of information including the company's Directors, Officers, Management Comments regarding Operations, Accounting Policies, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Operating Expenses, Pictures, Charts, and much more. This is a great piece of railroad history that is over 41 years old and came directly from the Penn Central archives. We are also including a stock certificate from the Pennsylvania Railroad Company issued in the 1950's - 1960's with the famous horseshoe curve vignette as shown below:
