Beautifully engraved Certificate from the famous Royal Dutch Petroleum Company issued in 1977 - 1979. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of three allegorical figures in the background of an oil processing facility. This item is has the printed signatures of the company's officers and is over 20 years old.
