Beautifully engraved certificate from the Spearmint Gold Mining Company issued in 1913. This historic document was printed by the W. H. Kistler Stationary Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of miners using an early rock drill in lighted tunnel. This item is hand signed by the Company's President, A. L. Arnold and Secretary and is over 97 years old. The company's offices were located in Denver, Colorado.
