Beautifully engraved uncancelled RARE certificate #9 from the Talking Book Corporation issued in 1919. This historic document was printed by Goes and has an ornate border around it with a gold vignette of the company's logo. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 86 years old.
Certificate Vignette The Talking Book Corporation made children's records which were produced by the Emerson Phonograph Company. Introduced in May 1919, the Talking Book line included "talking dolls" and "talking animals," records laminated to colorful die-cut figures.
