Beautifully engraved Certificate from the Telephone Employee Insurance Company issued in the 1960's. This historic document was printed by the Barton Gillet Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a man working on a telephone pole. This item is hand signed by the company's president and secertary and is over 38 years old
