Beautifully engraved certificate from the Tri-State Telephone and Telegraph Company issued in 1929. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two women on the side of an old candlestick telephone. This item has the signatures of the Company's officers and is over 84 years old.
Certificate Vignette The Tri-State Telephone Company merged with the Colorado Telephone Co and Rocky Mountain Bell to form the Mountain Bell Telephone Company. the Mountain Bell Telephone Company eventually became U.S. West and became Qwest.
