Beautifully engraved certificate from the Union Gold Mining Company issued in 1901. The company was incorporated in Detroit, Michigan. This historic document was printed by Thayer & Jackson Stationery Co., chicago and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of men working in mines. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (N. Rainey) and Secretary(H.P. Nugel) and is over 103 years old.
