Beautifully engraved certificate from the Unionamerica Mortgage and Equity Trust issued in 1974. This historic document was printed by the Jeffries Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a building with the mountains in the background. This item is hand signed by the Company's Chairman and Secretary and is over 30 years old.
