Beautifully engraved certificate from the Waltham Precision Instrument Company, Inc. issued in 1957-1958. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company's name inside a wreath. This item has the printed signatures of the company's president and treasurer and is over 42 years old. The Waltham Watch Company was bought and converted to Waltham Precision Instrument Company in 1957.
