Beautiful gold bond certificate from the Washington and Baltimore Land Company issued in 1901. This historic document was printed by J.W. Bond Lithographers and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, James Rogers and Secretary, william rogers and is over 105 years old. This is a large bond which did not fit fully in our scanner. It is in excellent condition and has full borders. There are 36 coupons attached on the bottom.
