Beautiful partially issued certificate from the Washington Fire Company Stock Association printed in the 1860's. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of and old fire pump on a carriage. This company was from the City of Utica and is over 155 years old. Hand signed by the company's secretary. Early fire company certificates are very scarce.
