Beautifully engraved unissued Certificate from the Washington Fire Company Stock Association printed in the 1860's. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of and old fire pump on a carriage. This company was from the City of Utica and is over 130 years old. Early fire company certificates are very hard to find.
