This historic document was printed by the Rand, Avery & Co., Printers and has an ornate border around it with the company name on the top centered. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, J. C. Watson and Treasurer, Alvin R. Bailey and is over 97 years old. The company was incorporated on April 21, 1855.
