This item is hand signed by the Company's President(Carl Beal) and Secretary(Grant W. Learly) and is over 72 years old. The certificate was issued to Florence H. Ehrman and signed by her on the back. Florence H. Ehrman was the wife of San Francisco attorney, Sidney M. Ehrman.
