This historic document was printed by Western Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Crane Company building with the sign above that says "Brass and Bell Foundry". This item has the signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 75 years old.

The Crane Company NYSE: CR is an American industrial products company based in Stamford, Connecticut. Founded as Crane Brass & Bell Foundry in 1855, by Richard Teller Crane, the company is best known to the consumer public as a large manufacturer of vending machines. Their famous National brand includes glassfront vending machines and cold food vending machines. The company also engineers and manufactures industrial equipment. Among the industries that the company serves includes: chemical industries, commercial construction, food and beverage, general and commercial aviation, and power generation. The company was one of the leading manufacturers of bathroom fixtures until 1990, when that division was sold off; it now operates as Crane Plumbing LLC.
