Beautifully engraved unissued certificate from the American Marine College and Steam Yacht Co. dated 186X. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a ship. This item is over 140 years old. This was for payment in passage for 12 months on the Screw Yacht "Dugong" beginning June 1, 1866.
