Beautiful certificate from the Madison Avenue Corporation issued in 1925. This historic document was printed by the American Bank Note Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a Pilgrim. This item has the original signatures of the Company's Vice President, and Assistant Secretary, and is over 89 years old.
Certificate Vignette 79 Madison Avenue features a restored Art Deco entrance and marble lobby with a gold leaf ceiling, outstanding Art Deco chandeliers, and a 7-foot tall stainless steel and brass urn which once sat in the main lobby of the Waldorf Astoria. Current home of Pranna restaurant/lounge.
