Beautifully engraved certificate from the Central Public Service Corporation issued in no later than 1931. This historic document was printed by the Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman sitting in front of a power plant. This item is hand signed by the company's vice-president and assistant treasurer and is over 73 years old. This company eventually became part of North American Phillips Corporation.
