Beautiful certificate from the Clark Metal Tie and Rail Co issued in 1913. This historic document was printed by F.W. Gardiner Press Company and has an ornate border around it with a photo vignette of the company's metal tie. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, John W. Clark, jr. and Secretary and is over 94 years old. Certificate shows somes signs of wear.
