Beautifully engraved certificate from the David Wade Industries, Inc. issued in 1970. This historic document was printed by Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a stuffed pig with a roller and knfe. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 35 years old. This is the first time we have had this certificate for sale.
Certificate Vignette David Wade was a popular name especially through the 1960s. He was considered America's leading food demonstrator, appeared on TV & radio, created a restaurant endorsement program, developed food marketing programs utilized by supermarket chains, collected recipes world wide; taught the famous how to cook, organized the Junior Gourmet Club, and wrote the syndicated column Dining With David Wade.
