Beautifully engraved certificate from the Dovercourt Land and Securities Company, Inc. issued in 1920. This historic document was printed by the Goes Lithograph Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women standing next to a seal with an eagle on top. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 83 years old.
