Beautiful certificate from the Goldfield American Mining Company issued in 1905. This historic document was printed by W. Reid Gould and has an ornate border around it with three vignettes across top: Center is mill site beside a river canyon surrounded by mountains, flanked by vignettes of miners underground.. This item has been hand signed by the Company's President, L.W. Speay and Secretary, E. Griswold and is over 106 years old.
