This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Bank Note Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Edgewater Beach Hotel in Chicago and the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York with the initials H. R. W. in the middle. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President, Herbert Weissberg, and Secretary Frank Guma, and is over 42 years old.
