Beautifully engraved certificate from the Health Club Television Network issued in 1991. This historic document was printed by American Bank Note Company and has an ornate border around it with the company's name on top center. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 15 years old. The Health Club Television Network (HCTV) presented programming and commercials via monitors set up in health clubs and viewed by people while they pedal, step, walk and run. Programming and commercials were also introduced at checkout counters in supermarkets with the idea that people would enjoy the distraction while awaiting service.
