Beautifully engraved SPECIMEN certificate from the Hein - Werner Corporation. This historic document was printed by the Columbian Banknote Company in 1978 and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 24 years old.

The company produces many well known brands, such as the "Shark" Electronic Measuring System, the "Korek 4000" workstation and the "243xv" brake lathe. The main customers for the company's products include "GM", "Ford" and "Nissan".
