This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman with an eagle and a shield. This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( W. J. Hilton ) and Treasurer ( E. M. Hilton ) and is over 97 years old. Small piece of lower left corner is missing otherwise EF Condition.
