This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian United States Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man and woman with the company logo. This item is over 23 years old. In February 1994, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) merged with Columbia now known as Columbia/HCA.
