Beautifully engraved Certificate from the Hospital Corporation of America issued in 1971. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical figures sitting on both sides of the corporate logo. This item has the printed signatures of the company's officers and is over 31 years old.
In February 1994, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) merged with Columbia now known as Columbia/HCA.
